Translation:

"May Allah have mercy on Marhum Ayatollah Milani (ra) who was one of the great scholars of Mashhad.

He used to say spend a few minutes every day speaking intimately with Imam Zaman (atfs).

It is not good for a Shia for his day to pass without thinking about him (Imam Mahdi).

Spend a few minutes, even if you are too tired to recite a dua, talk openly with him such as sending your Salam or telling him the secrets within your heart.

May Allah have mercy on Marhum Aghaye Bahjat (ra) he used to say these powerful words

“The distance between your mouth and ears is shorter than the width of your hand.

Before the words you speak reach your ears, they reach Imam Mahdi’s (atfs) ears first. He is near.

He hears the secrets within the hearts. You should speak with him and establish a relationship.

During the time of Imam Hadi (as), a person sent him a letter from a distant city sharing his grievance with the Imam (as) that he is far away and asking him what he should do when he is in difficulty or has certain needs. 

The Imam (as) in his response wrote “idha kanat laka hajatun faharik shafatayk”.

Just move your lips and speak to us. We are not far away."
