This is the translation of this video: 

Allah (SWT) speaks of some people being oppressed who will be the Imams and leaders of the people and will rule over them.

In Chapter Al-Qasas, verses 5 and 6, Allah (SWT) states:

وَ نُريدُ أَنْ نَمُنَّ عَلَى الَّذينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَ نَجْعَلَهُمْ أَئِمَّةً وَ نَجْعَلَهُمُ الْوارِثين وَ نُمَكِّنَ لَهُمْ فِي الْأَرْض

"And We have intended to bestow (Our) favor upon those who were oppressed in the earth, and to make them leaders (in faith) and make them heirs. "

"And to grant them power in the earth, and to show Pharaoh and Haman, and their hosts, what they were dreading from them."  

When you read these verses you see Allah wants those who were oppressed to become in charge. This will be accomplished by the effort of the Mumineen (Believer in Allah) who will be there for those who will be in charge. The one who will be in charge will have what it takes to control the earth and spread justice.

The question is do we have any leader who will be in charge?

Yes, the other verse from the Quran answers this question 

Chapter Hud Verse 86 (11:86) states:

بَقِيَّتُ ٱللَّهِ خَيْرٌۭ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ۚ وَمَآ أَنَا۠ عَلَيْكُم بِحَفِيظٍۢ

“That which is left by Allah for you is better for you, if you are believers. And I am not set over you as a guardian."  

Another translation:

"The remainder of Allah is most charitable for you; in case you are believers; and in no way am I a constant preserver over you.”

Allah promised an appointed leader who will accomplish that promise. Who is the remainder of Allah or the one who is left by Allah? no doubt he is worthy in the eyes of Allah to be the leader.

Here Allah speaks to the Mumineen (Believer in Allah) if you are a believer, you would follow the remainder of Allah. Notice the Quran didn't just inform us there will be, the Quran asks to follow him if we are a believer otherwise why would Allah say if you were a believer?

This means the condition to be a believer is actually to follow that remainder of Allah, that leader and be ready for him, that you are taking action toward what makes him in charge and in control!

When this will happen? The answer is also in the Quran Chapter Isra Verse 7:

إِنْ أَحْسَنْتُمْ أَحْسَنْتُمْ لِأَنْفُسِكُمْ ۖ وَإِنْ أَسَأْتُمْ فَلَهَا ۚ فَإِذَا جَاءَ وَعْدُ الْآخِرَةِ لِيَسُوءُوا وُجُوهَكُمْ وَلِيَدْخُلُوا الْمَسْجِدَ كَمَا دَخَلُوهُ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَلِيُتَبِّرُوا مَا عَلَوْا تَتْبِيرًا

[And said], "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, [you do it] to them [i.e., yourselves]. Then when the final [i.e., second] promise came, [We sent your enemies] to sadden your faces and to enter the masjid [i.e., the temple in Jerusalem], as they entered it the first time, and to destroy what they had taken over with [total] destruction."

When will those soldiers of Allah come?  The answer again is in the Quran, Chapter 17 Verse 6:

ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَا لَكُمُ ٱلْكَرَّةَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَأَمْدَدْنَـٰكُم بِأَمْوَٰلٍۢ وَبَنِينَ وَجَعَلْنَـٰكُمْ أَكْثَرَ نَفِيرًا

"Then did We grant you the Return as against them: We gave you increase in resources and sons and made you the more numerous in manpower."

If you look into the verses in the Quran, you notice the Quran is giving us signs to watch and look forward to!

The signs occur when the children of Israel 

• return victory over your enemy 
• acquire wealth
• sons and made you more numerous in manpower

At that time the children of Israel will be destroyed!

Allah speaks about the true promise 

• and Allah is perfecting His Light even though the disbeliever's hate 
• make the oppressed one's leaders. 

Those promises will be fulfilled on earth not on the day of judgment.

 

All those promises are signs for the reappearance of our beloved Imam (atfs) but mentioned in the Qur'an in the Qur'anic way of telling stories if we can understand.
